Amani Ayers

Amani Ayers is a Miami entrepreneur who opened Our Place Natural Foods Eatery in 1983, South Beach’s first vegan restaurant and, in her words, the only lesbian-owned business there at the time. She later ran a natural fragrance company and now works in South Florida real estate.
